Deadline:

We've always wanted OASIS to be a network of networks. OASIS conferences have successfully brought people together in person to share their research and their projects. But what we've also had in mind is getting this sharing to happen online, on the OASIS website, as well. Now we're excited to be working on this vision.

There will be two ways to interact with OASIS online.

The first way is to simply sign up to receive a newsletter tailored to your own particular interests. You'll choose which ontological items and linguistic phenomena you want to hear about, and you'll only get news about those. So if you only want to hear about events, predication, and classifiers, for instance, we've got you covered.

The second way to interact with OASIS is by being a member. Members will help generate the content of the newsletter by posting just a few of their own publications or other items on the OASIS site each year, and will be welcome to have a profile in the People section of the OASIS site.

We are busy building the backend where members can post, as well as an automated (but friendly) system of email reminders to post. You can sign up to be notified when the newsletter and membership system are ready.
